How it works

Just like buying a full home, buyers work with one of Kaverna's real estate agent partners to find the perfect second home 

2. Buy

Once the co-owners are aggregated, each buyer signs the co-ownership legal documents and transfers the requisite funds

3. Own

Kaverna finalizes the property-specific LLC and handles the entire closing process on behalf of the buyers 

4. Enjoy

As soon as the home is ready, the new Kaverna owners can begin scheduling stays and enjoying their new home
