Buy-side

Agents earn full buyer’s commission based on the value of the share(s) they sell. With Kaverna as a partner, agents can offer co-ownership to clients, including those who could not previously afford their desired home and those who would now aim for a more expensive home.

Sell-side

Agents can boost their business by reaching out to existing homeowners who love their home but aren’t getting the most out of it. Kaverna offers generous compensation to all agents who help these existing homeowners sell 50% or more of their home under our co-ownership model. 

Advocates

By referring other agents to Kaverna, agents can become a Kaverna Advocate and make additional commissions. Advocates help build the Kaverna Agent Network, which allows agents to coordinate in closing co-ownership sales. Advocates can even earn equity in Kaverna.
